Do you accept walk-ins?
Appointments are recommended, but walk-ins are welcome whenever a chair is open. Because each barber takes their time, booking ahead is the surest way to be seen when you want.
How do I choose the right haircut service?
Most visits are a standard Haircut ($25), which covers most cuts and fades. Add a Beard Trim & Line-up to finish the whole look. If you're unsure, ask your barber during the consultation.
Can I choose "first available"?
Any of our barbers can handle a standard cut, fade, or beard. Call the shop and we'll point you to the first open chair, or book directly with the barber you prefer.
How early should I arrive?
A few minutes early is perfect — enough time to settle in and talk through what you want before we start.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please give as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the chair to another client. See our policies for details.
What happens if I'm late?
We'll do our best to fit you in, but a late arrival may need to be shortened or rescheduled out of respect for the next client's time.
Do you cut children's hair?
Yes — we're good with kids and first haircuts, and the lobby is set up for an easy wait. A guardian must stay with children during the visit.
Can you work with curly, textured, thick, or longer hair?
Absolutely. Our barbers cut short hair, long hair, and everything between. Cory specializes in both short and long styles.
Do you offer beard services?
Yes — trims, shaping, line-ups, neck shaves, and straight-razor facial shaves. Beard work is one of the shop's signature strengths.
Can I book color, makeup, or salon services online?
The salon side — Long Beach Upstyle — handles color and women's styling with Gianna and Olivia. Call the shop to book salon services.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept common payment methods in-shop. Please confirm current options with your barber when you book.
Do you sell gift cards?
Please ask in-shop or call (910) 363-4025 — we'll let you know what's currently available.
Are prices the same for every barber?
Core services are priced consistently (a Haircut is $25), though menus vary slightly by barber. See each barber's full menu on the services page.
How do I reschedule or cancel?
Use the same online calendar you booked with (Cory or Cody), or call the shop and we'll take care of it.
